Registration and use of the dewetoto Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's relationship with dewetoto.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on the dewetoto Platform. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds held in the account reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.
21+ Only: Dewetoto employs age verification checks during registration and at the KYC stage. Attempting to circumvent age verification is a serious violation of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the dewetoto Platform complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Dewetoto makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible in all territories. Players in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law are not permitted to register an account.
Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) active Account on the dewetoto Platform at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Dewetoto reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein upon detection.
You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from forming a binding contract, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
To access real-money gaming services on the dewetoto Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.
Dewetoto reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification is completed to dewetoto's satisfaction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Dewetoto will never contact you to request your password through any channel. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email. Dewetoto accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
Dewetoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform:
Currency: All Real Money Balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed deposit. Dewetoto is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiating and completing a cryptocurrency deposit.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the deposit page of the Platform. As a general guide, e-wallet and DuitNow deposits carry a minimum of RM30 per transaction. Bank transfer and FPX deposits carry a minimum of RM50.
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Real Money Balance instantly upon confirmation. FPX and online banking transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, which may take between 5 minutes and 60 minutes depending on network conditions.
Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Dewetoto does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from a payment instrument not registered to the account holder may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to make deposits to your Account, unless an alternative method is approved by our compliance team following documented review.
Dewetoto is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. Indicative processing times by method are as follows:

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period, as published on the Platform. VIP and Elite tier members may benefit from elevated withdrawal limits. Dewetoto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above certain thresholds.
Bonus Balances and winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. The Real Money Balance component of a mixed account (containing both Real Money and Bonus funds) remains withdrawable at all times, subject to minimum withdrawal limits.
All promotional offers published by dewetoto are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine players. Dewetoto employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Players found engaging in such conduct will have bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
New players who qualify for a welcome bonus will have the bonus credited to their Bonus Balance following a qualifying deposit. The Wagering Requirement applicable to welcome bonuses will be clearly stated on the promotion page. By claiming a welcome bonus, you expressly agree to the associated wagering conditions.
Dewetoto operates a tiered loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) under which players accumulate points on qualifying real-money wagers. Points may be redeemed for bonus credits, cashback, or other benefits as specified in the current loyalty programme terms. Tier status is reviewed on a rolling monthly basis.
Players depositing via approved cryptocurrency methods may be eligible for an additional 2% bonus on the deposited amount, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying deposit. Standard wagering requirements apply. This bonus is not available in conjunction with other active deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated.
All games offered on the dewetoto Platform utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as of the date of their last audit. Dewetoto does not modify RTP configurations outside of published parameters.
In the event of a game, software, or system malfunction during gameplay, the affected game round will be declared void and any wager placed during the malfunction will be refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance. Dewetoto does not honour winnings generated as a result of a documented technical malfunction.
All sports betting markets — including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other markets — are governed by dewetoto's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these general Terms, the Sportsbook Rules shall apply to sports betting disputes.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game and betting market. Dewetoto reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, particularly for high-value wagers or markets exhibiting unusual betting patterns.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dewetoto Platform. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without dewetoto's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewetoto's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Dewetoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if dewetoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Dewetoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the Player has violated these Terms; the Player is suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; the Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9; or regulatory or legal requirements necessitate such action.
Upon termination for cause, dewetoto reserves the right to retain any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned unless subject to a regulatory hold or law enforcement direction.
Dewetoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address at least 14 days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party, and changes required by law or regulatory direction) may take effect immediately upon publication.
The current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://dewetoto.cam/terms-conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewetoto is licensed to operate. Players in Malaysia acknowledge that while the Platform is accessible from Malaysia, they are responsible for independently verifying whether their use of the Platform complies with Malaysian law.
Players who have a complaint regarding any aspect of the dewetoto Platform or these Terms are encouraged to first contact our support team via live chat, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction via live chat, you may submit a formal written complaint to our support email address. Dewetoto commits to acknowledging formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 72 hours.
If a complaint remains unresolved following completion of dewetoto's internal complaints procedure, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body or licensing authority as specified in dewetoto's current licensing documentation.
